Phae is somewhat aloof, somewhat childish. His entire life as one of the Aevum Spes Arbor's guardian spirits had been worry-free, and he therefore carries on with that careless attitude until something big happens. He seems far away because he can converse with the invisible spirits around him and is often distracted by them. He can hear when a plant or tree is screaming in pain, causing him to cry for them and feel their pain as if it were his own.

Because he is a fae spirit, he is very small and slender and appears to be very frail though he is as strong as the plants he loves. He has flowers entangled in his hair and vines wrapped around his arms as easy access if he is in need of them, and they live off of his life energy until that time. His clothes only match when someone else, namely Roxella, picks them out for him, and he wears them in many layers on his body. He never wears shoes as he is extremely light on his feet, as if he never actually touches the ground when he steps.
