[b]Short Bio[/b]
Prior to joining, Jadzia was a quiet, shy girl. She had dreamed all of her life about being joined with a symbiont, and worked very hard to get her symbiont. She was afraid that she would never have a symbiont after Curzon Dax washed her out of the symbiosis program (Curzon had been her field docent), but successfully reapplied to the program-- the first time that this had ever been done in the history of her planet. When Jadzia learned that Curzon was dying, she offered to take his symbiont, Dax. She later became field docent to a young Trill Anitiate named Arjin, and she tried to make his experience better than her's had been. She honored a blood oath that Curzon had made with the Klingons Kor, Koloth, and Kang to kill the Albino, who had killed Curzon's godson, Dax, who had been named after him. She risked losing her symbiont twice after joining-- once when it was stolen from her body by a Trill man named Verad, and again when the suppressed memories of [url="http://www.subeta.net/petinfo.php?petid=896022"]Joran Dax[/url] began to emerge. Joran's memories were wiped from the symbiont because he had been an "unsuitable host." She risked losing Curzon's memories after he was joined with Odo for Jadzia's [i]zhian'tara[/i], but Jadzia confronted him, and discovered that the reason that Curzon had washed her out of the program was because he loved her. Once, she risked exile from Trill, and the consequential death of her symbiont, when Lenara Kahn came to the station and they began a relationship. The previous host of the Kahn symbiont, Nilani, had been married to [url="http://www.subeta.net/petinfo.php?petid=897564"]Torias[/url], the short-lived fifth host of Dax. Lenara broke off the relationship because she didn't want to risk the death of her symbiont. Jadzia married Lt. Commander Worf in 2374, and they planned to have children, but she was killed by Gul Dukat, and the symbiont was passed on to [url="http://www.subeta.net/petinfo.php?petid=853218"] Ezri Tigan [/url]

[b]Interests[/b]
Jadzia was interested in music; she was known to play the piano and samoan drums, and she collected the music of lost composers. Her favorite song was [i]"All the Way."[/i]
After joining, Jadzia took up Klingon martial arts as a result of the combined interests of Curzon Dax and Emony Dax. Her favorite weapon was the Bat'leth.
Jadzia liked drinking raktajinos (sometimes double sweet; sometimes iced), Black Holes, and Ico Berry Juice, even though she was allergic to it. She was a night owl, and often stayed up late playing Tongo with her friend Quark, the Ferengi bartender of the station. She also liked loud, wild parties, and fighting.
