Chibibun.
Commonly known as Chibi (although his real name is Dimitri), he is the second oldest of Neive's adopted family. He is somewhat cold to people, but retains a fierce attitude. He is annoyed by Illenexis and Izzy, and thinks of Spikke as a naive child. To him, Rasuzu is confusing, but he'd rather not pry with the weaker boy. His rival is Kyouya, who can actually dominate him in terms of power, intelligence, and strength.
Chibi enjoys eating anything white or ice blue, such as mints, white chocolate, and cookies. He loves eating cold things, and his choice of drink is a Black Bear. He usually goes for hard liquor, and you cannot tell when he is drunk, for he acts exactly like he does when sober.
He has long hair (for a male), so he keeps it up in a ponytail at all times. He generally hates people making comments on his hair. He's usually seen working (read:lounging) around Chibi's Shop along with Illienexis and Spikke (to his dismay).
