Known as Kyouya (duh) his personality his heavely based on Hibari Kyouya of Katekyo Hitman Reborn, therefore, he is the oldest of Neive's adopted family. He dislikes people, and the only ones that he can stand is Neive herself (due to him seeing her fight and the fact that she found and cared for him), Rasuzu (due to him being a mute and staying out of his way) and Chibi (who is his rival).
Kyouya enjoys to eat meat, but seems to have a fondness for mint and lime, which is shown by his favorite drink, a Mojito. Like Chibi, you cannot tell when he's drunk, because he looks and acts the same as when he's sober. (It seems to be due to their personalities, and the lives they had before Neive found them.)
He usually goes into Neive's room and steals things without asking, writing any information he has on her on sheets and scraps of paper. At one point, he was seen walking around with her Vera. He usually works at Chibi's galore along with Rasuzu and Izzy, and will threaten customers occasionally. His (not actual creation date) birthday is May 5, and his likes....are unknown.
