Personality
As handsome as he is, Clair manages to shatter any assumption that his personality might match his appearance as soon as he opens his mouth. He curses, he smokes, he drinks- he's not a very pleasant person. He's irritable and short tempered, although he does have the ability to be polite, at least when dealing with clients. He's also not fond of non-human creatures in the slightest, although he won't turn them away if it means business for the Agency (money is money, after all, and Clair is always just two steps away from losing his entire business to debt).
