Bio: Julieni is a pilot in his country's Aerial Corps. He joined at the age of ten when he became an errand boy for the pilots and mechanics stationed at the base just outside of the country town where he grew up. As such he was already familiar with the officers when it came time to pick through the new recruits. Because he already had experience around aircraft there was little question that he would be sent to train as an Aviator.

Despite the huge amount of training and dedication it takes to become a military Aviator the career is not thought highly of in his country. Possibly because the career requires those who follow its path to abandon normal life and live in near solitude on an Aerial Corps base.

Personality: Julieni has never cared for "normal" society. He was little better than a peasant before joining the Corps. His living conditions are better and he has no worries about marriage or propriety. He prefers it this way. Julieni is fun-loving and he desires to be carefree. He was happiest as a fighter pilot, and does not like the responsibility of commanding an entire crew, though he is quite good at it.

Julieni is not conservative where romance is involved. He has no problem with casual sexual partners, but when he is in a relationship he is completely monogamous.
