A well-trained grifter. He and his pseudo-adopted (sister/brother?) and old friend, ??? (must get a character!), were trained for decades in the art of cold reading. Their mentor, an old-school grifter with an eye for reading people, adopted ??? and Arsenio when they were orphans. Their mentor is long gone now, but Arsenio and ??? still have a long, complicated relationship. Arsenio took after their mentor, pulling off old school long cons and odd jobs. He entrenches himself in a job and plies his charm until his mark willingly gives him the prize that he is after. His rival and sometimes lover, Carmin, is an old school cat burglar. While Arsenio lies and waits for his prize to be given to him, Carmin steals the prize in the middle of the night usually leaving a calling card of a simple black rose only when she knows Arsenio is also after the same thing.

[ Lover & Rival ]These two have quite the rivalry going. Like children pulling each other's hair, these two love to one up each other, racing each other to the prize as they each test their skills. Occasionally they meet up at Murddoch's bar to talk jobs and boast about their achievements, along with a healthy dose of flirting as well. Arsenio loves Carmin a great deal, but struggles to admit how much he cares for the thief. And despite his highly trained cold reading skill, he never can quite read Carmin and worries that she doesn't feel the same way about him as he does about her.
Nunzio
[ Brother ]Arsenio's biological brother and fraternal twin. The two were separated at a young age and only have reunited again just recently. Because of the way they were raised, both of them struggle to connect and form a bond with each other but they are trying. Nunzio tries to give Arsenio advice on Carmin, and in turn Arsenio tries to encourage Nunzio to admit his feelings to Murddoch. Though, sometimes they jab at each other rather harshly.
Murddoch
[ Best Friend ]Arsenio's best friend and confidante. He tells Murddoch everything, including about his jobs and his perplexing relationship with Carmin. Murddoch is rather long-suffering in listening to Arsenio, but always gives Arsenio the best advice on how to handle his biological brother, his adopted sibling, and his relationship with Carmin.
