The Nebula Guardian

- A benevolant space dragon who hides inside a nebula.

-They can control the nebula around them, being one with it.

- They can manipulate matter as long as said matter is inside the boundaries of the nebula.

- The nebula is hidden in a far corner of a mostly inhabited galaxy. While it is hard to reach, some sentient beings capable and FTL travel sometimes make the trip to see the supposed 'magical' properties of the nebula

-Pismis can use their abilities to heal organic beings, physically and mentally, and to repair ships and other 'broken' matter. They can even transform matter to rare and valuable elements

-They only use their power when they see fit. Refusing to help those who wishes to cause harm or destruction
