These are so, so good. And dense with so many layers and references. The brainrot is real and the fan theories are brilliant. Everybody should read these books. (The audiobooks suck though, the narrator/voice actor really ruins the characters with all her over the top and weird accents)

Vegan chocolate mousse

Whip together vegan whipping cream with lots of cocoa powder, some sugar, salt and vanilla extract, till it's fluffy. Fridge for several hours/over night. The cocoa powder hydrates within the mixture while it's in the fridge, creating bigger airbubbles in the already aerated whipped cream. It's so freaking good. Freeze it after you've fridged it if you want chocolate mousse ice cream.

I like layering it with Ameer Al Oud Intense by Lattafa as Stash gets a little 'dill pickles' if I wear it alone. This is such a delicious layering combo though, it's spicy and warm with lots of cinnamon and oud, and it brings out all the goodness in Stash, which is such a lovely milky pistachio with lots of resins, woods and sage. It's hella elegant and grown up smelling.
