I think I heard somewhere that both the Wizard & Saggi are on strike for the weekend quests.
They said something like too many subeta users rely on them for SP.

To anyone who was disappointed at buying the map pieces for him, it's not a waste - Ocean Depths is a really good vending machine and I make tons of sP there! It gives out a lot of junk (what machine doesn't), but if you vend a lot it gives some nice Rares and Super Rares unlike the other machines. It's given me some nice items worth 500k+ ^_^

I was going to say I wish it was Saggitarius, but I just finished doing one of his quests and now I retract that statement. Spent over 100k on 4 items, one of which was super rare, and got less than 60k back.

I second the "why is this guy even a quest". There are plenty of other profitable quests to do, and they take up enough time in my day. I'm not going to spend more time on Drunk Carl only to lose sP. His rewards really need to be adjusted. I know some people say buying the foods in advance helps, but I found that he STILL doesn't pay enough for you to break even (at least in the very, very few quests of his I did... I wasn't going to waste any more money).
