Rule Update!

We\'ve changed the rule regarding ForumText and signatures in the forums. While you may still receive both verbal and Official warnings if you exceed the limits, these no longer count towards your freeze total.

If you are given enough warnings over your ForumText or signature, your only punishment will be no longer being able to use those features in the forums :)

oh no, i really liked people getting frozen for exceding the limit by one pixel, seemed as dangerous as duplicating stuff to me

:(
Oh never mind what I said:

Verbal and Official warnings more than 2 years old may be eligible for removal due to expiration.
That's good to know! :)
I like this update! Never had any myself but it always seemed so silly!
This is great! I thought it was such a trivial reason to be frozen over

Oh and User not found: just_call_me_tracy brings up a good point. For long time users, it would suck to still be held accountable for acts from years and years ago.
Thank goodness, I was so sad to have friends banned and leave the site for such a minor thing in the scheme of things
so, does that mean my warning will be gone now? :D
Thanks! I think its much better than a freeze :]
FINALLY! It was ridiculous to freeze people over it.

How many warnings would a user have to receive in order to not be allowed to have a forumset...? It would be nice to know.
mbif will the ban from forum test use be forever or will they be able to get it back after 6 months-1 year or something? :)
hopefully that wont be forever....thats kinda much fro it to be forever
THANK THE FUCKING HEAVENS ♥️
Is the block from them forever?
Cool idea.

Verbal and Official warnings more than 2 years old may be eligible for removal due to expiration. Submit a ticket, Tracy, and a staffer can look over yours. :)

We are very excited about this new change, too! :)
I never got in trouble in the forums. I have two warnings from the shoutbox. I have been a pretty good girl since then. Is there anyway after so many years warnings can be revoked?
I've never come across this problem, but thanks for fixing it, staff! :)
I am glad to see that this issue is addressed. It seems rather silly to freeze over something as small as having your forum text be 5 inches too high.
This is awesome, thanks for doing this staff!
People have been complaining about this forever...I'm glad to see that rule change. (: Thanks for the update; I think it's a much better system!
Whoa, definitely an improvement. o_o

that was about time :3 thanks!! :D

"Enough" is 3 Official Warnings for oversized set -- what would normally get you frozen. ^_^
This seems like a fabulous alternative, the other seemed far too strict. :]
Thank you! The only warning I've ever gotten was for this infraction, nice to know it no longer counts!
How many is "enough" and is banning from the forum text feature for a set time period or forever?

Awesome change though :)
This is absolutely fantastic.
WOW this is like... omg finally
:~~
I hope the calculator has been fixed as well though...
Never gotten in trouble for this, but still a nice addition to the rules ^^
This sounds great, Keith, but could you please tell us exactly how many warnings "enough" would be, please? :) Thanks!
Seeing this change makes me really happy! I'm not entirely sure if it stemmed from the subetaConfessions on tumblr, but the fact that it came after the Subeta tumblr staff responded to the original post makes me feel good. I love that staff takes suggestions that users give, even when it's off the site. It's one of my favorite parts of Subeta, and it always has been.
Very cool. Found it kinda funny I was updating my siggy as this came out. XD
Thank you, fantastic rule change.
Otho Ithaca a great idea c:
Not that I have been warned yet.
Yes! I love it!

I actually got frozen for this once.
/facepalm
Cooooooool.
:'D
Pad
+10 to this.
Thank you! :D
Love this. Thanks, Keith! :]
Wonderful :D
That's a nice rule change :3
I've never had a problem with my forumtext size but I agree that this isn't something a user should be frozen over.
How long will the 'no forumTEXT / Signature' last for?
+1.

No. +2.
Yay!
Oh, that's an improvement!
thank you;
