Bobblehead Change!
The Cash Shop is starting with spring cleaning on April 10th, with an entirely new bobblehead collection!
All current bobbleheads will be retired, but you will still be able to complete this collection! We are also increasing the frequency of the bottom row bobbles over the next five days.
The new bobbleheads will be given out in a similar way, but you will have a much higher chance (from the start) of getting the \'rare\' bobbleheads.

Don't give up guys. I didn't think I'd finish my collection (and I was really broke) but after getting and selling a few of the rares I was lucky to get from buying the 25 csc items, I was eventually able to buy the few I didn't have. ^^ They're dropping in price drastically right now.
Augh! So much for completing the bloody collection >< 19 Ooh La Layers and 475 CSC down the drain. Should have just waited until I buy the additional 2000 CSC in the next couple of days(UGC FTW), then aimed to restock something so I can buy out of the usershops.

I'm just coming back to say that over 100 of the bottom row bobbleheads have gone out since this news post.
We didn't make it so that you have a high chance of getting them, we increased the chance of getting one.

Why is the Amy Bobblehead so expensive ? It's not a bottom row bobblehead, and even the Emma bobblehead (which was always roughly the same price/rarity as the Amy one) is less than 500sP !
bleh decided to use the CSC I had in my vault. Still no Amy Bobblehead or any of the bottom row :(
Keith..Someone made a suggestion of maybe having the high end bobbles being up for sale in the Cash Shop.
Any chance in that happening ? It would be great to even buy them in order to complete the collection.

Bought the April collection I wanted, got a Sangaa bobblehead... already had it and it's common as dirt. And there isn't anything I can buy with just 20 CSC. I'm missing the entire bottom row plus the Amy one from the previous row. And with my lack of funds I won't be buying more CSC for a long while. Ah well, it was a cool idea for those who have the money but I only get money for luxuries like once or twice a year (once for my birthday - which is Halloween - the other is for Christmas)!
i bought a few over 75 items, and still did not get a single one from the bottom row. (or amy, which i already had).
Going off of these comments..? Yeah, not even going to bother, seeing as the chances don't seem to have increased much at all.
I only got the Jules bobblehead and the rest were the easy obtainable ones. Don't you think if you spring this on us you should give us more than 5 days to try?
Aw, I spend a decent (to me) amount of CSC and now I have a bunch of ooh-la-la layers and none of the bobble heads I need. Oh well, I guess I can just use lots of my OLL Layers for awhile, in place of getting gold accounts later since the extra wardrobe slots are really the main thing I get GAs. Lol. No more CSC spending trying to get bobble heads for me.

Glad I read the posts here first. I'd rather sink 97 mill into the bobbleheads I still need than try and try to get them via buying from the cash shop.

I'm curious as to the logic behind retiring the first set of bobbleheads. I mean, won't this make the bobblehead collection basically impossible to complete for a lot of people? And why would people bother about the next set if they're always going to have an incomplete collection no matter what they do? If you're not careful, a lot of people will give up caring.
Not that it effects me one way or the other, since I don't collect bobbleheads. I'm just puzzled.

Bought 2 things I already wanted... don't want to spend all my csc on random crap just to get bobbleheads when I've never fully cared to begin with. xD Have only been putting them into the collection if I got them. But, GL to everyone else tho. I have horrible luck... so I'd rather not take my chances. xD;

Keith said ages ago that the bobbles will be retiring. Did he have to warn us ? No. Did he HAVE to tell us now, that in five days, the bobbles will be retired ? No. Did he have to change the chances ? No.

I am sure with Subeta making so much off of CW's right now, they don't need to "force" people into buying from the cash shop.

5 days, subeta? And the probability is apparently less than 75:1 to get the bottom row? Really? Oh, this isn't a thinly veiled attempt to get people to panic-buy csc AT ALL. Nope, not in the slightest.
I bought two batches of 20 layers and:

Eh, I gave up on completing this collection a long time ago. I've spent quite a bit in the CS the past 2 years but I'm on a tight budget now so spending enough for a shot at the hard-to-gets is out of the question.
This would be easier on the users if it were with a sale of all items ever in CS . Even a 10% sale will do , important that the buyers dont buy things they dont want by giving them a variety of items to buy :)

The ones I'm missing (6 or so) are a good 40 mil each, one not even being in the shops. How about the option to buy the missing ones outright from the cash shop before retiring them?

NGL It annoys me that they've been rare for 2 years and now you're decreasing the rarity and giving us 5 days to get them. 5 days does not make up for 2 years sorry.

Managed to grab the Jules and Skitters I still needed in shops and am damn certain, over the next days they will be available for much less, but I really don't want to take the risk of wait and see after having paid a fortune for all the others already.

I have been a regular CS purchaser for nearly 2 years. Still have all the bottom row to get. I know someone got the last few (bottom row) in a few purchases, including an extra they wanted to give to me (which I wouldn't accept as it worth so much). They completed theirs about a year ago and I still have 5 to get. We've been on Subeta about the same time. How does that work???

My timing is terrible! I took forever to buy my March collections, but I was so excited about the owls that I splurged right away! If only I had waited, I would have had things to spend csc on to try for bobbles.
Maybe I'll go on a Fringe spree if lots don't pop into user shops. :x

Whoo? I don't know the bottom row was always so stupidly hard to get that even if you managed to find one in user shops it was for 50 Mill. Judging from these comments it doesn't seem worth it to even try unless I had a ton of disposable income. Hope the new set isn't quite as stupid.
