Cash Shop: New Bobbleheads
The Cash Shop is now giving out an entirely new set of Bobbleheads with a new set of prizes!
We think that the new system handing out bobbleheads is far more fair, and everyone should have a chance to complete it over time, so good luck!
Note: Bobbleheads will no longer be given by any item under 100CSC.

The under 100CSC change would make more sense if there were a rule preventing people from buying cheap stuff to unfavorably gain rewards.
Most of us are working adults or college students. 100CSC may not seem like much, but with the economic hardship the area I live in is undergoing, there's no way I can afford trunks every month or high end items--I can't even afford the GA accounts on a monthly basis, and with the benefits of those whittled down, I don't really have incentive to.
Penalizing all users because some are less than honest isn't right guys. And the 'pay me now' attitude isn't either. I support Subeta and the Team when I can, but this type of attitude also sends a message of disparity to users. And it's disheartening to see.

The new rule should definitely have been 50 csc, not 100 csc. Ah well. I mostly buy costume trunks anyway, I guess.

Ah man, not being able to get bobbleheads from items under 100csc sucks. Although it is understand, given that a lot of people abused the Ooh La Layers to complete the last bobblehead collection (I know I did). But I do love being able to buy Ooh LA Layers for super cheap as I tend to use extra facial layers.

Haha! I love the 100 csc rule. Hopefully that will fix the shop prices of some item, mainly the OLLs.

The 100 CSC rule is kind of BS but okay. That screws some of us over who you know, actually legitimately like items under 100 CSC and don't just buy them to be 'cheap'. Less incentive to buy CS items I guess, sigh...

That 100 csc is lame. There are a lot of items in there at 75, plushies, feathers. I can totally get it for 50 and under but a huge amount of items are 75 and those tend to be the ones I buy. Awell.

LOL, the 25 and 50 CSC item prices have been completely fucked. x'D OLL especially. Gonna take forever to recover, I think. It's kinda funny seeing 1000+ in a store and in the DC. I'm sure the 50 CSCs prices aren't exactly as high as they should be. So while it's unfortunate, it's good that below 100 CSC won't give. I just hope that the chances are actually even.
I ain't in a hurry to complete this one, oh no. Gonna ride through this 2nd bobble collection rollercoaster reeeeeeeeal slooooow.

Guess this is OK. Since I never got any of the bottom row from the 1st set I don't plan on trying to finish these either. But good luck to those of you who are trying, hope you get the ones you need.

I love that this applies to items only over 100csc, even though it'll be harder, cuz the price of ooh la layers is completely ridiculous. I don't think it'll recover any time soon either but still!

but i suppose it's fair. and they'll probably make even more money when / if they increase the odds of the rare bobbles again. but even with the increased odds, i spent like 4k+ csc on the ooh la layers for the remaining bobbleheads. mhah.

Like others that have commented...over 100 CSC may be fair as far as the cash shop but not so much for a lot of the users. If as I read in another post the distribution is easier to allow the more rare ones to actually be obtained, I probably will never find out.

Never got any of the rare old ones... spent quite a bit too. Missing the entire bottom row, and they cost upwards of 50m sp from user shops when they are available. I determined long ago that I'd prob never be able to finish the bobblehead collection.
Even less so now... whilst I do spend CSCs... my expenditures on items over the 100 mark is low (either needs to be a GA medal, or an item that I really cannot live without... eg: more dragons for my collection).
It would be really nice is the effect of receiving a bobblehead was cumulative in some way (example: keep the 100CSC limit, but also give one out for every 5 or so items purchased with the exception of the +1 sticker... that'd be -too- easy). Just a thought :)

Oh my god... How can people complain about not being able to afford CSC? You can BUY IT WITH EARNED sP and it costs you NOTHING!! Jesus, too many people want things for nothing.
Already have all new bobbles aside from Fantine and Mauve, and all were gained via buying cash shop items, so definitely much more reasonable!

Honestly I never LIKED the Bobbleheads to begin with, but If it means the programing for randomizing drops is more fair/lenient great. My question though now is what do I do with 300+ vault bobbleheads???
