Just want to say a thanks to the staff for dealing most effectively with my ticket, and putting an extra 500 csc in my account for the wait of over 12 hours.

I just got a reply from my first ticket. I don't think I should make another???
My ticket was answered :0) Make sure you put the Cardholders name you used in your ticket. I forgot to do that just copied the other info. If you did not they will ask for it.

I didn't use Stripe last night, but I used Paypal and I still haven't received my credits, but I sent in a ticket already.

Littletwinstars: It would likely be best to respond to your current ticket, or else you'll have multiple UAs assigned to your one problem. :)

If you've already made a ticket just wait for a reply to that one :D The UAs now have a procedure for dealing with this issue and should answer them much quicker now :D
And if we've already made a ticket, should we make a new one or reply to that?
