Bye Malignant Rift Staff. Hello pretty headdress and title. I DON'T EVEN MISS YOU STAFF. nope.

As somebody who is just getting into Doctor Who, I bought one and deleted it without question. :P It's a good thing there aren't too many plot prizes I want!

Some people are forgetting they don't HAVE TO collect achievements and can go on with their account without them.
The way I see it, this is a 1000 points headdress for people that didn't give a shit about battling.

Pfft! I like my staff! Better than a crown and... that... Title. O.O
blows 22 million on an extra staff >.>

Lmao very clever! ^_^d
I'm not much of a collector of achievements, but yay for the staff not being super cheap now in case I want to sell it. :3

Kudos for coming up with a solution for this that most people will be happy with :) Now I wish I waited another day before spending my points...

Great solution! Way to fix the pricing problem without having to change the weapon stats! I'll be honest... I'm pretty tempted to work for this achievement myself... Though I probably won't use my plot points towards it.
@Unwritten : There was a miscommunication apparently regarding how many plot points the staff was meant to cost. For such a high-tier weapon, it shouldn't have been only 1000 plot points and the user shop prize, because of this, was way lower than it should have been.
Basically, too many in the market = lower price than necessary. They didn't want to raise the point cost in the shop, which would have been unfair, and they didn't want to lower the weapon stats, as that would have been unfair. This is a great way of 'eating up' some of those staffs.

Wow.That is awesome! I'm kinda glad it came out later than the prizes.
It allows the price of that item to be driven to it's 'correct' value. I love it.
Mmmhmmmm And that prize.omg. yay

...... I'm pissed officially.... ;u; I want the title and achievement but I want my staff as well!! D8<
Totally did it. I wasn't the biggest fan of the staff and I like the headdress a lot better, actually. Plus, c'mon. I'm the frickin' TIME LORD, BAY-BEE. /wiggle

I might actually do this. I won't use it as a wearable and none of my pets are able to handle it in battle. I'm always looking for new forum titles, so sure.

This was a great idea to solve the problem of too many of these staffs in circulation... though I DO wish it had been done sooner, since I would definitely have bought two then instead of buying other stuff. ^^;

ROTF
..... what a brilliant idea you guys -snickers- That said, I'm glad, so very glad, the prize is a hat thing and a Who reference, instead of things I care about enough to delete the new toy I just got XD;
Still, well played.

That achievement is so evil. I want the staff but the headdress and the title! OH THE DILEMMA!

I LOL'd. :D
Pretty as the headdress is, I think I'd rather keep both my staff (that I bought for next-to-nothing from usershops) and my as-yet-unspent 1800 plot prize points.

Brilliant way of solving the problem. Kudos to Cran, Keith, and all others involved for coming up with this solution.
