Congratulations again to everyone who worked to bring down the Hydragellos and rid Subeta of gelatin monsters... for this year, at least! I have a feeling they\'ll attempt another invasion next summer.

You all seem to forget that the other challengers all had there own prizes. If y'all had just looked around the site a bit you also would have seen that every global boss ever has given prizes to everyone who participated in fighting them.
@Cranberry I know the battle week was to make up for it, it was really just wishful/greedy thinking. well I guess i also expected more cores to be released and then it woulda made a bit more since to have a more exclusive prize, but since there'll be more wars and more sets of 30 cores, it does make more sense this way.... BUUUT I do still need a godly tiered scroll >.<

heh heh, of course the sunday before memorial day I was gone all day and it's the only monster that counted. Even though I spent hours battling the other ones every day. Meh. Still it was a fun event and I'd def. do it again! Wish I would have known about getting prizes before the day it happened but I'm not surprised.

About what I calculated, not too shabby for about 54 battles I believe. Next year I'll have more points to throw at the Healer and I won't worry about racking up a few hundred losses.

Although I'm happy I got a core, I do feel that the number released should be more generous than 30.
Wow I got 2 prizes even though I only did 261 damage? Is that correct? I wasn't expecting anything! :D Yay Quincy for suceeding as a tier 4 with tier 2 weapons and a clueless owner!
@terrerio35 - These prizes are only for Hydragellos battles, and it doesn't look like you participated in that part of the war.
Aww.. man I thought I did a lot and it turns out I only got 3 items. xD Kinda disappointing. What amount did you have to get to get the top prizes?
so I'm 100k off. I'm curious to see if any t11 pets outdamaged me. It would be nice if they made the top few tier 11 pets get a top prize too, seems to heavily favor t12. I literally spent like 15-16 hours battling.

I have to say though, I'm really happy with the new system for handing out prizes. It was a complete disaster last time, and this is basically perfect.

Aw. I didn't realize that you'd get a prize from fighting the hydra, even if if was incredibly futile.
I meant that he nearly always had a buff or something else at start, that made ~40-90 dmg out of my normal ~800 dmg. And since I'm a 1-hit-wonder, I couldn't deal much damage that way.
Is there a thread with a list of prizes? I'm curious to see what they are.

All the damage you did was counted towards your total, whether he healed against it or not. There wasn't any 'negated' damage :D
Boo. I was really hoping for a core, but didn't get one. Missing the first few hours of the battle really messed up my score. :(

The top 30 damage-dealers got a Hydragellos Maniacal Core and the top 100 got a book, but the rest of the prizes were based on your personal total damage dealt, not rank compared to others.

Sticker, caviar, gelablob and damage was 73,577,,, I´m a little disappointed to myself. :( And I tried my best.
I might be a teency bit disappointed that there wasn't a step up prize for the top 10 or summat given the fiasco from last year =S. I expected compensation for that.
that being said, the new prizes are awesome and I'm greatful just to have had a war to participate in =D. It was a lot of fun and I can't wait til next year so I can try and not take the 4 hr nap like I did this time XD

I really wish I'd been able to participate more, but I was gone nearly the whole weekend, so I wasn't able to do much damage to Hydra. Hopefully next year!
@SHORTnSASSY - you don't appear to have battled Hydragellos at all - why would you have gotten any prizes? :)
The total is only for Hydragellos, as all of the other challengers have fifth-win drops and/or achievement prizes associated with them.
We wanted to include ranks, but it would have been too hard on the database (especially with so many people visiting it at once right after news was posted). If you watch the battle forum, someone may make a list!
Very disappointing for those who worked so hard, and got nothing. Because their pets didnt have enough stats or tiers. This will probably discourage others here. My pet is tier 7

I'm excited about the prizes but now I'm wary about the distribution. It should be fine since battling points are handled in a more straightforward manner.
