Hello, I am Balloon! I'm a 44/f college writing instructor, but my real passion is writing fan fiction and developing a fictional "omniverse" that connects, well, everything!
At the center of the omniverse lies Serannian, a sky island in the Dreamlands. Dreamt into being by its King Kuranes, Serannian is home to a number of balloons and airships who defend it from the eldritch nightmare entity Nyarlathotep, the Crawling Chaos.
My love of balloons began when I saw a picture of a Drifloon and thought, "Hey, that's cute..." It was alldownhillup up and away from there! My other favorite things are Twin Peaks, collecting and customizing vintage My Little Ponies, and the manga/anime Hellsing and Drifters. My favorite fictional character of all time is Luke Valentine from Hellsing:
