Carl Quest Update for Keel Hauliday
That lightweight of a fool Carl has somehow managed t\' get into our hold cabin \'n nabbed hisself a few of me crews trade items. Now, we can respect a good bit o\' pillagin\', so we\'ll let it go \'til th\' end o\' Keel Hauliday \'n let \'im give them out in his little back alley quests \'til then. It seems like th\' lout be givin\' out retired items too! He must \'ave been pilferin\' from us fer a fair while! Ah well, seein\' as I be feelin\' pretty great still from winnin\' that drinkin\' competition, I\'ll even make sure quests are reset fer th\' day. A true giver, that\'s Angrybeard for ya.
Translation for those non-pirate folks: That gentleman that can\'t quite take his spirits, Carl, has somehow managed to get into our storage cabin and bestowed upon himself a few of my crews trade items. Now, we can respect a little pirate spirit, so we\'ll let it go until the end of Keel Hauliday and let him give them out in his entrepreneurial quests until then. It seems like the chap is giving out retired items too! He must have been borrowing from us for a while! Oh well, seeing as I\'m still feeling pretty delightful from winning that competition of drinking stamina, I\'ll even make sure quests are reset for the day. A true giver, that\'s Angrybeard for you

Yay for a change ... but I think it is really unfair for all the new users that don't have access to the island ... as I gained my map I paid 20mil for the whole one, now that's maybe one piece out of 9 ... Playing sicne 8 years and I haven't found ANY piece of that map - so where are the increases? Sorry, but with this the older subeta players are clearly prefered ...

I'd love to do this - if I just had the map pieces. I think, for Keelhauliday. everyone should be able to access the Islands regardless of having the map pieces or not, then when it's over, close the Islands again to only those with access. Just like what you did with Pandemic in 2013, allowing non-zombies temporary access to the Underground and Zombie Den during the holiday.

I´ve seen no increased chances for Uncharted Land Maps so far and I am online many hours per day.
Why don´t give these pirate items out one day from the Mystery Box so users who can´t go to Omen Island have the opportunity to get some of the stuff which is snatched away in a blink in Freyalise´s and also the retired ones you are talking about? I like the community on Subeta very much yet it seems strange that only an elusive circle of users can participate in an event which should be a feast for all.

This is a great way to provide a third option to getting the items (freyalise and od vending being the other two). Nice of him to give retired items too :D

It´s a little bit disappointing that many users can´t participate in these games on Omen Island.
Why can´t there be another event where it would be a little more easy to get these Uncharted Land Maps?
I only have one so far. Only older users were able to get them back then, all newer ones have to buy them or wait forever until finding all the pieces. I feel cutout somehow.

@Kora -- this means more of the items will be in circulation, at least! So you'll be able to get any pirate items you want a little easier. :)
