Trash Can Exclusive Items

Thanks to a new initiative to stop littering, people are more likely to use the Trash Can which means you have a higher chance of finding something! Try your luck at finding one of these new items from the Trash Can.

It has items more frequently than before (and if no one grabs the item right when it restocks, it'll chill until someone does which wasn't the case before apparently)

I check the trash can every night when I do dailies and I used to find something about once a week. But it's been ages since I've found anything at all. I thought it had broken. Yay for new stuff.
