Hydrus Devonti and Montre Revamp
Changing what once was great into something greater is not beneath me powers. The oceans are ever changin\' and the hydrus devonti and montre have washed up on da shores fresh to do me bidding. Beware da oceans, they be restless tonight.

I kinda liked the older look of the Montre to be honest. The new looks too Kumos-like.

Hey word-Nazis, couldn't you at least also delete the comments TALKING TO AND ABOUT me (one of them actually directly quoting the thing I said you deleted, ummm, so it's still there...) so you don't come across as, you know, completely biased? I mean the point is to provide a happy community, isn't it? Isn't the point to avoid arguments and escalation? Because you know, kinda unfair that only one side of the argument gets censored.

This has nothing to do with the art, but I love that User not found: [npc] Merana is friends with other npcs.
Would love for the Hydrus Tigrean to get an update! it has been ignored for a looonnnnnggggg time.... -_-
Hmmm, glad I chose Storm then for my own montre, I do not like the redo as much. I like the slimmer look, but yay for the people who are happy.

Anyways to talk more about the art. I was never a fan of the devonti because of the weirdo tentacles, but this update makes them look much more like a part of the pet rather than "oh god where are these coming from". Also LOVE the update to the horns.
I think people are getting a kumos vibe from the montre because it's a dog head with solid eyes (no sclera) :P I love the transparency on the fins! It's much nicer to look at.

I think they both look great! I don't understand the negative critique of the Montre; he's beautiful :) And I really want a tentaclesheep, I mean Hydrus Devonti now...
A++++ on the Devonti but I'm not sure I like what happened to my Montre's face. I might have to change him if that's how he looks now :c
I love the Devonti update, but I'm not sure about the Montre. It looks stalkier and more kumos-like and less angry.
Can the montre neck be a little longer? And the body not so squat looking? Then I would probably possibly really like it. Oh. And eyebrows. Needs eyebrows. Besides that the coloring is really great and the extra tail details awesome! See - I can say nice things about montre revamps! hugs my babies
