Can someone tell me how Token Restocks work? For today is it random when it'll restock? How many restocks a day/week?

I'm surprised the Xotl were still in there, grabbed them. I do have the tea set and the lens, maybe I can catch the lanterns tonight.
I am so glad there were still items left this morning since just as the shop stocked last night my stupid internet went down again. Happy for leftovers.
