Tempest has been a lot happier since she's made friends with the inhabitants of Subeta - so much so that she's collected a little of her storm magic together to give out some awesome new items! Keep an eye out for those bear hugs!

@terrerio35 Yes, she vists via random event. There's a link in the random event you click!
How do we even know if she's there? The only time I ever got her, I beleive it was a random event... But that was a whole year ago, never got her since.
