A bit of constructive feedback:
I know these aren't meant to be crystals exactly but the curving of these seems strange when the shading would suggest more crstallographic planes than curves. Also the placement seems a little off to me.
Their idea is still good though and they remind me of Ioun Stones from d&d and the description seems to joke about it. Probably pick up for a TC.
For now I grabbed that book c:

That damn Cave Bat... I remember when it came out the first time and I managed to do nothing but miss it.. and now I need tokens (anyone catch the price? SL doesn't have it and I don't remember :c) and I have to catch it.
