Welcome The Yaherra!
Some great name suggestions out there, none truly as good as mine but I decided to choose a name in the only way I really enjoy - by jumbling up a bunch of suggestions and letters that mean other things and coming up with something that doesn't sound awful. Welcome to the yaherra!
While this pet at first comes off as an abomination of sorts, once you look closer and realize the horrors of its tail and listen to the piercing scream that it emits when it's having any kind of emotion, it's quite a beautiful creation, really. I think it will make a great addition to Subeta. Particularly to Subetan nightmares.
Adopt one now by choosing the yaherra option at my One True Zapper! There's a fee, of course, because I always need funding for my research. But such good things come of it, so it's worth it, right?
Note: morphing your pet will change the species but not the color. If you have a dawn chai, and morph it into a yaherra, it will become a dawn yaherra.

Cute! I am curious to see other poses from different colors for this pet. Like dark matter and reborn etc. I don't really like the basic pose too much, but still very pretty. Can't wait to see new colors!!
does this pet have permanently closed eyes? are the eyes on the tail the eyes they use to see?

So does that mean that all pre-existing Experiment 2759 pets will be converted to "common Yaherra"? Or do they keep their "experiment" species as legacy?

Horror movies might love using pig squeals for monsters, but I've thought that peacocks are worse.
As for keeping these things around the average subeta-house:
Do they sit around and scream when their owners are out? Your neighbors are going to hate you if you get one!
Do you have to go to a farrier to get their little hooves trimmed? Or, how big are these guys? Lap animals or
Do they shed their tail-eyes like birds shed feathers? Do those eyes dry out before they fall off or are they a fun little surprise in the middle of the night that will leave you hopping on one foot to the bathroom? haha.
& they look so much softer now~ I'm glad that the vibrant doesn't make me eyeball bleed. It's a nice color! Looks like the fruit... cup/punch battle opponent. They are a good animal. I'm glad they were not rushed and look very nice~ ♥️

I'd kind of been wanting to use the name "Shrill" for a while since the pet it previously belonged to was inactive, but I couldn't decide what species to use it for. After reading "listen to the piercing scream that it emits" about these guys, I decided it was the perfect pet for it c:

These are gorgeous, but I'm reeeeally hoping for some more chibi experiments soon... there's quite a few I'd love to have in my collection, if only they existed.

I did not vote for this one (MY vote was in the bottom two. Damnit.) but this one did turn out very beautiful! The name is perfect for it too! I love how the antler bits have maintained a yellowish hue throughout. That little bit of contrast is lovely!
Niiiiice! I love the Strawberry one. I won't consider changing my Chibi Yaherra, buuuut I'll soon get some new pets, so this is perfect.
...Am I the only one who doesn't get what's going on with the tails? It's neat overall and the coloring is beautiful, but is the tail supposed to look like a giant pile of feathers and eyeballs?
well, even this wasn't the one i voted for, i still like it. i really like the gradients on their faces and something tells me how the gradient looks is going to be the deciding factor on which color i get if i ever decide to adopt one...
ohhhhhh I LOVE the rainbow scales on the gold one and the aqua and dusk ones are really pretty too :) idk if I'll actually get one because it doesn't really fit any of the future pet ideas I have in the back of my head, but I really love it
I've had a nightmare potion stored in my vault for one of these beauties. Can't wait for the nightmare and reborn to come out! Without seeing them, I already know I'll be getting both.

I know part of it is to get a name that started with a 'Y' because I don't think Subeta had a 'Y' name yet. 'Herra' is also close to 'Hera', who put her servant's eye in the tail feathers of a peacock. She's also closely associated with peacocks. It's just a combination of the starting letter, evolving Hera because some people (like me) really liked that idea, and getting enough letters inside to make it look and sound like name.
To be honest, Hera being part of its name was the only thing I really cared about. They're pretty, but I don't see myself getting one, unless its special colours and pretty awesome (like nightmare).

I second that thought of the different body and tail color. After all, the arid color looks the best.
