Som is a diligent worker, and you would generally not find much to complain about. She has such a way with customers, acting in the moment with them and seeming to care deeply about their current needs. She has an eccentric way of speaking, she really does like a haiku! But you find yourself quite charmed by it, and make a visit simply to hear her poetry. When does a poem by Som not brighten your day?
You're not sure about her history, she doesn't seem to bring it up now that you think about it. You've maybe asked about her plans for the future, but she always brings the subject back to you! Did her eyes all flash red when you asked? You're not sure you remember correctly. Maybe you should try again? I'm sure she isn't going to get angry and be unlocked as a new challenger. Not unless you do something to REALLY set her off.

I don't know if this helps one way or another, but when you're on her shop page, and look at the tab name, it says 'five seven five'. Do those numbers ring a bell to anyone?
Let me guess, she is afraid of the future and traumatized by the past. To unlock her would have to involve something involving either, the question is, what and how.
Maybe you have to visit her with both Morostide AND Lumi decorations in your inventory. Wait, sorry, that's me. >.>

Well, given Lucien's was visiting over time and the line about patience... I'm gonna sit on her shop for a while and see if it's like a timed thing. <_<

ever since she came out, i asked a couple of times for items to "cosplay" her, since she is one of the most well done characs on site
it is so heartwarming to witness most of my suggestions come to life in the past 3 years since i joined -- i mean truly a game where users are taken into consideration is just YASSSSSS so good

@Xezvi - funnily enough, this did come up when we were talking about her as a challenger. We feel that she is actually nonbinary, but is fine with feminine pronouns. Sometimes she will have masculine days. It's not a big enough part of what this particular post is about, though, to go into it. Or rather, she's not open about things that aren't happening today. But your comment made us smile!
Glad to know Som's gender. I remember when her shop first opened, a lot of us were debating whether she was a girl or a boy or neither.
