We have a new Friendly Fight set of challengers this year! Can you figure out how to unlock Jim to begin the battle mood?

Wait, I think i've figured what his fear is: Cibophobia, fear of food.
The reason: In order to challenge him, you have to have your pet full 10/10. It makes sense because as a trainer at the gym, he has t avoid unhealthy foods.

Now, we wonder what his worst fear is. After all, that's what the boss fight will be: His worst nightmare.
Fun little tidbit: Jim, much like the many guys you see on The Fun Watchy Boxes, is build for looks. He's a trainer and works out so he's not weak, but not particularly strong. Think any of the Chris Implantasurname, body builders, etc.
Reischen, on the other hand, is build for strength. He has less obvious muscles and a bit of a bulkier build. These are people that could pick you up and toss you around like a ragdoll. Think Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, football players, etc.
Another thing, men that are trained fighters tend to be slender, but with obvious toned muscles. They're built for speed and strength. Think UFC fighters, and even soccer/fútbol, etc.

Aesthetic (can fight, may not last)
Warrior (strong, can go for longer periods of time)
Fighter (strong, better suited for 1 on 1 and shorter periods)
Quick note because I know people will Be Like That: None are weak, this is called a 'general,' this isn't a be-all-end-all, exceptions and errors are inevitable.

I find it mildly concerning that the supposed gym trainer is somehow weaker than my secondary battle pet, nevermind my main pet. The student has surpassed the master.

Should I pull them all out and put them back maybe? I dont mind the cost, just wonder if its a glitch of some sort first, or if it maybe takes more time to fill? (been over an hour).

Welp, I've been putting off redeeming a GA for a while, guess this will be the catalyst, cause ain't no way I'm doing all 34(?) pets by hand. Tomorrow, when I have more time to devote to doing stuff.
Kind of like trying to figure this out got me off my ass and doing some BQs and challengers I've been meaning to fight but have been too lazy. ^^;

11 currently completed now, all with the same pet. 10,598 EXP points available all on Chaoi who completed the battle quests. Just raised my speed which I'm training and no luck either. All pets in training. Must be missing something obvious! {/spoiler]

No idea how though. Had nothing in my inventory, did all Wizard and Petes quests (with a GA account), had my strongest and one weakest pet in training, only clothing item on my HA are running shoes behind the background. Could it just be random?
