As soon as I saw this news update I was hoping so hard it was Gak and the news did not disapoint. Great job on the art, and great choice for a nostalgic blob.
Wonder if it will restock in the TS since this happened while I was at work (stupid job).
So we have to have all three items to make the pet? How do we get the toy? No one has it for sale, and it isn't in any shops. :(
I remember Gak, and I had something similar as a kid called Gooze. Problem was, I remember how it eventually dried up and shrunk - the downside of slime. But I sure remember playing with glow-in-the-dark Gooze. If anything, slime has become even more popular today, as kids like to make their own now!

I've never actually heard of "Gak", at first I jsut thought it was a generic slime substance that made certain noises, I remember when I was younger I had some but it wasn't actually that brand, and it was in a cylinder tub. It was called "Noisy putty" or something like that.

Y'all are making me feel really old! I think my youngest cousins might have had this. It's well past my time, but I hope the kids enjoy it.

See Gak was like, mid90s? so it's a bit beyond my childhood, but I gave it to my economics teacher in HS as a Christmas gift once and he thought it was the COOLEST THING EVER.
My brothers threw that stuff at the ceiling in their room when they were kids and there's been a weird stain there ever since.

Once I looked up the image of Gak it made sense how they drew the blob :) It's after my time I would play with such things but I can see the appeal... and now I feel old :P
