It seems like there's a variety of styles here, something for almost everyone. I don't love all of it, but I love quite a lot and added things to my WL! Cute stuff!!

@Valiska i have NO IDEA why you tagged me here. i said i couldn't find anywhere in *THIS* release where the base feet are sticking out where they shouldn't. i said nothing about the sweater or anything else, nor was i engaging anyone other than agreeing with one person about the shoes.

Some people (perhaps @Batsquatch?) may not like how shapeless and lumpy the sweater looks with the extra fullness at the hemline. This used to be necessary to cover up the base limbs, so everyone put up with it whether they liked it or not. This is a matter of taste. There's no right or wrong way to feel about how big you'd like your sweater to be compared to your actual body size.

People who don't care for oversized, shapeless sweaters have been hoping that with the limb slider feature, there would be more well-fitting sweaters that don't completely obscure the body shape.

Those of us who don't like using whiteouts instead of a full background still can't wear a lot of new shoes, because removing the avatar's base left foot causes the face and torso colouration to completely disappear on at least some bases. I've purchased several shoe and leg mods that I'm still waiting to use for this reason.

One angry person (or even one person who isn't angry, but also isn't delighted) cannot have a fight by themselves. Critical comments don't turn into a big pile of hot steaming wank until somebody else invalidates the complainer's feelings--or demands that they "justify" their criticisms--especially when it's purely a matter of taste.

For those concerned about the state of the wardrobe glitch/missing items, Destiny posted a small update here.

Do you know what complaining about other people complaining looks like?
I can see the problem with the shoes and it's one I've had since joining. I personally don't like most of the socks and a lot of the shoes in here because most of them look like they're just painted onto the feet.
But I have a reason to complain about a different subject that is coloring my entire experience here, and will keep me safe from these because I'm not likely to pay money to a site that feels this shady.

We got releases with artwork that would probably be different if the artists had known the new wardrobe and limb hiding options was coming. There seems to be a need to improve communication between staff. I say that then I laugh because staff have informed us that they can be in hourly communication with each other.

Still not seeing any response about the wardrobe items players lost to the new wardrobe glitch but I can easily see that the promises made by staff are not being kept.
Did ya'll know about that? How they dropped an untested new feature on a site with no working backups, because they weren't checking them and those had failed months prior, and let it run? How doing so cost players millions in Sp and however much real money it took to purchase CW, CS, or Loyalty items? How the staff promised they would take player reports about missing items in good faith? Did you see some players asking when they would get any of their items back, much less a specific one? Did you see how some players got items returned that they themselves had removed from their wardrobes days before the reported time period of the glitch and either disposed of or sold, but other players can't get their items back? Did you see that some players got an item back but other players who reported the same item missing didn't? You might not have noticed that we've asked repeatedly for any update or information on the process but for some reason there's dead silence from staff

Did you notice that the post Masq user online count isn't reaching pre-Masq numbers? Did you notice that users online count during Masq never reached the 1000 online that Morostide (and maybe once during Fireside) saw?

The staff member who was addressing the missing items has been addressing other issues so I know this isn't a matter of maybe staff are first responders/medical/sick, and even if it were, the loss of millions of in game currency might be nothing to you but CSC, CS, and loyalty point items were also deleted by this fustercluck and that sounds a lot like robbery.
There's more than one person that can type up a damn response to update a player base screwed over by the failure of staff to monitor backups or the actions of a newly deployed feature. Nineteen days after the last update on the matter, players affected by the failure are waiting for an answer and getting nothing.

I'm all out of chill.

So many great items! I especially love how the shirts lay, I think the wrinkles look really nice and natural.

I zoomed in really close and I see kind of like, a wiggle of pixels on the bottom of the HA’s left foot (our right)—just on the . Nothing a nice background won’t fix though!

Did anyone stop and think maybe the Check Sweater was made before the toggle limbs became active??? Also I am not seeing issues with parts of the HA sticking out with the shoes?

@Bliss. That's totally understandable. My time here has been slowly lessening. I was excited a year ago when I joined but it's not been a great showing over that time period and seeing how it's handled doesn't inspire.

For the wardrobe, I don't know if it will be any help or not but I've been using the old one because I use Firefox and none of the bases or skins show up in the new wardrobe for me. Cleared cache, cookies, all up to date etc., still doesn't work. The old wardrobe shows the few new additions I've been brave enough to add, shows skins, doesn't seem to fail to load my items as often as the new one (so I don't have start over on an outfit..ugh) and does the job.

How are the missing item restorations going? I haven't heard anything in weeks. It would be nice to see a news announcement.

I'm only feeling a few of these items, but I find 90% of these bland. Some of these items look odd to me in terms of how they sit on the HA (the Vanity Sea Breeze Sun Hat, Vanity Terse Shoes). The Vanity Lemonade Boots looks like two different feet position. Even the Vanity Check Sweater looks odd because it's still made to fit the old HAs on the old HA system

Can we get an update on the return of the items lost to the new wardrobe fiasco? That issue hasn't been touched in more than two weeks and people are still missing items. I know things have been busy lately but there's not even any communication about it, while pet revamps, new Subeautique items, new cash shop releases etc., are happening. I believe I read among some comments that releases are often pre-planned so that's got its excuse but the issue of the new wardrobe having deleted players wardrobe items and the promised return of those items has been going on for weeks now, and while nice notes are written about new releases re-releases, and other things, we're not being communicated with at all about the missing items.
I have asked in the forum, though as an addition to a post made on the new wardrobe feedback thread, which is also not seeing much attention.

Waiting black friday this year to burn my wallet on these sets hahahaha.

I normally LOVE Vanity's gear, but what is up with the shoes? Every single one of them has toes or parts of the HA feet sticking out. You can clearly see the left pinky toe in the overlay of the Terse Shoes, even. I'll suck it up and support Vanity on some of the clothes, but I don't feel comfy dropping IRL cash on those shoes just yet.

I love how casual these sets are, some of those even look like stuff i'd wear IRL. I'd totes wear Slack to go out, I'd just add a pair of invisible socks and a sun hat on sunnier days.

I miss being able to casually go out and stroll across the street to go to the nearest park and drink a bottle of cold soda without the fear of a deadly new illness taking me and my whole family. I believe those cute sets will have to do for now.
