Do restocks still occur in 24 hour periods? Like it'll restock here and there between 5:44pm today and 5:44pm tomorrow, right?

when i saw this in the item directory, i thought for a moment that fireside items were being added ;v; guess it's time for me to get spooked by every news post leading up to the holiday yet again x)
