Also I was just wondering early today when/if we would be getting more borders, since Vesnali is almost over. This one is very pretty, and I'm glad it's tied to an achievement that can be gotten even after the event ends! :)
Literally 3 minutes after this was posted there are no Kore Bloom items or Giselle Snowshoe Accents left in the shops LOL
definitely one way of cleaning out on an item that's only less than 10 of in SS (now depleted) lol

No, it's an avatar border. feral is using it here in the comment section, you can unlock it by completing the newest achievement for having specific flower items in your wardrobe.
If you don't have all of the items, you might be able to find someone willing to lend you the ones you don't have just for the achievement.

Ah, shoot! That will take a long time!! Oh well, at least we can finish it whenever we want, unlike the Masquerade boarders. Thanks for the new opportunity, DEV's!
