What's Happening Soon?
Nuegarten is coming up! What’s Nuegarten? It’s a market of sorts that runs for two weeks. You’ll be able to visit various stalls with fresh foods, sustainable items, and vegan items. We will also be bringing back the food trucks so y’all can grab those delicious old foods.
Quest-a-thon prizes will be coming soon! There's been a lot of schedule conflicts, because this isn't something we want only one person online to release! Especially if that one person is me, I bring all the trouble.
Subscription bonus item for July will be coming later today or Monday! I usually do these on the 15th of the month but I, like a dummy, thought the 15th was Monday. I'd sneakily add it now, but I need Bug to test a thing that goes along with the release.
New reward card? I've had a lot of people ask me if we'll have a new reward card sometime soon. We will be having one in August! We'll give you a week before warning. Also, because the cash shop challenger for June came out so late it came out in July, we will be keeping the Possessed Pearl Cameo in the Cash Shop until the new reward card. <3
Free Shop is still planned to go out after Neugarten. We will be including all sorts of items such as retired items, holiday items, special shop items, and cash shop items! It'll be a week long and we will give y'all a bit of a heads up before it starts. Just throwing it out now, any free item is a good item. Let's not attack each other over complaints about not getting a shiny expensive item or a bucket of retired goodies.

I've also put in one of the news posts already that I'm getting over a cold, so I haven't been able to sit down for long to actually work. Starting a holiday takes a few hours! (as for prizes, it's still a matter of getting everyone's schedule.)

Using Microsoft Edge I turned off my adblocker to see is the forums would work and the forums still refuse to load.
Also the autopricer isn't working for me.
I just tried to price my shop and the green bar would not go across the page like it usually does.
If you go back to the autopricer page it says you can price shop again for additional CSC.

Both computers I use have the same ad blocker on chrome, but only my home one doesn't work. Ive also tried Edge, which I don't have anything extra on since I don't really use it, and it also doesn't work at home.
I will at least try it on chrome here, but would have to investigate further if it works but Edge still doesn't

@LadyMeridius Do you perchance have any user scripts or an ad-blocker that might be interfering with the site? I had a problem on my home computer until I disabled my ad-blocker for Subeta. Now the only page that won't load is the Friends page, but that seems to be a separate issue.
@Hitman That doesn't work for some people. It doesn't log in - it just hangs. Ive cleared the cache/cookies on two browsers on my home computer and none of the issues have cleared up.
Now, if I go to my work computer, which is a similar as far as computer brand, OS, up to date browsers, etc., I have no problems.
So now, I am unsuccessfully so far, trying to find what the difference is where one works and the other doesn't lol

Uh...since it says we can ask anything, I'm gonna got for it: the forums are just like...broken?? Refreshing does not help, I can't log in via the wardrobe page as some people on here have suggested (says my PW is invalid and I GUARENTEE I am typing it in correctly). What is the course of action staff is taking on this?
I enjoyed the quest-a-thon and had fun being a part of the event.

Yup, there are people who definitely do complain if they don't get what they deem a "good" item from the Free Shop. Has happened every time they've opened it.

Oh I still can't use all of the things mentioned below or click on certain items either, can anyone help with a fix before the holiday? Or is there a trick to getting this fixed that people already know about that they can share? I really want to be able to use items and post on the forums I don't want to miss this one so any help is appreciated!

I'm most looking forward to the QAT prizes, I hope they go smoothly this time; last time there was an error that gave out 2 pet slots and it was a bit of a mess trying to get the extra taken away, since some people filled the extra slot right away.

Hopefully the free shop will be after August 8th since I'll be traveling the 29th to the 8th and won't be able to have much online time. ;-)

Subeta has a Free Shop, which opens only once or twice a year. It looks like a regular shop except that all of the item names and images are replaced with question marks and gift wrappings, so you don't know what you've purchased until after you click on it. (So it's a mystery shop as well as a free shop! The shop contains a mixture of treasure and junk items, and they all tend to go very quickly because everyone online is pouncing on items, hoping for a chance to get a rare or expensive item.

If you don't like the free item you can always fragmentize it for crystals or sell it which is what I do with mine.
