@Rah YES this is so much better now. My hard refresh actually doesn't work on my laptop so I had to clear my cache to see the new image and open a new tab. However, I had the old, "jpeg one" up in an old tab, and when I flick back and forth between the old tab and the cleared cache tab, the difference is ABSOLUTELY clear.
I am going to third User not found: thercery's comment. The art/pose is lovely but the physical image itself is...pixelated? Like it looks as though it was saved in MSpaint as a jpeg file, if that kinda explains it.
Seconding what User not found: thercery said. It looks sort of JPEG-y?
