Make sure you have Wizard tokens in your bank first off. :)

Next you should keep a tab handy linked right to BHH.

Check it often. If you get told you were "banned" you're not in trouble. You just need to wait a bit and go right back to stalking!

It's still in there. BHH does not work like the token shop. All restocks are random, you gotta check often.
