Fireside Challengers
Cursed Effigy requires you to unlock the challenger first before being able to challenge it. The rest of the challengers are in the 'Event' tab already.

It's been ages since I unlocked it, but from a couple of sources I could find, it seems Cursed Effigy is unlocked by making the Red Rreign angry and burning a Wreathed item. One source also said you specifically need to have an item burned as a result, so maybe put a couple of cheap items in your inventory for it to burn (you will lose the item, so just use a junk).

Um... It sounded kinda silly when I first read it but, you have a typo on the post. It says Head to the Sister of the Sands
and I'm pretty sure it's supposed to say "Head to the Colosseum"

It's an opponent scroll, meaning we will not get access to it. The new CS challenger uses it.
