Still having trouble logging in?
Reset your password. Even if you know your password is right, you gotta reset it anyway.
Once you're logged into kumos, you're automatically logged into legacy subeta where everything seems to work normally.

There seems to be so many different avenues to have to get to the OG site now. Perhaps it is possible she doesn't know the email linked to her original account and if that's the case perhaps she can find a way to make a ticket.

My friend still can't log in, it just keeps saying her information doesn't match even though it's the same user name & p word she always uses and worked fine up until today. So frustrating. I'm afraid to log out now. I hate the kumos subeta already. Sure wish they'd get this fixed soon.

I can't access her quest page, Just get an 404 NOT FOUND page. I can't even access Melodys Cottage either. ;-;

@StarShadow Has she tried resetting her password on kumos already? I had to for the links to work. Hopefully this can all get resolved soon!

My friend can't log in to Subeta and tried both of those links but it just takes her back to the new kumos log in & says her username & passw don't match. Grr. Already don't like the new subeta. And I'm afraid to log out myself now. Hope they can get this fixed soon.

Try opening these if you're still stuck on news. They redirected me back to regular Subeta and logged me in while the front page wouldn't.

Have ya'll tried to go to the regular subeta site in a new tab after logging onto Kumos? It's supposed to work like that for now. Maybe try another browser if you have to and/or delete cookies if you can't access the basic site after logging into Kumos. Someone said a different browser helped them. I'm using safari on my iphone and chrome on my browser and both are currently working for me.
