All three achievements award the same item, the book Twenty Years of Memories. We know y'all usually need more than one book copy for whatever reason (pet treasure, multiple smarty pant pets, etc). Splitting all the cookies into three achievements seemed the best way to get you multiple copies, so enjoy!

I had to ctrl+F "crystal shop" to find this comment. Amber if you didn't want to repeat it could it have gone in the first post about the cookies maybe? I am loving these items and don't mean to sound ungrateful, thank you for all the work you all do. Would just appreciate being able to find if I should keep refreshing at the crystal shop or if I am indeed waiting some months instead of days. Just write it somewhere easy to find, I'm begging you! x)

Well I've fed all the cookies in my inventory to my gourmand pet & the last 3 include 2 that are nearly impossible to get & waiting on crystal shop for the 3rd.. Guess she's going back into the resort for a long time. Darn.

You may need to visit your pet's "Food Eaten" page, which you can find here - https://subeta.net/pets.php - and click the dropdown arrow next to their stats. Then visit the achievement page and click the button for "show requirements" or whatever.

Okay, I've fed my pet all the basic cookies and the achievement isn't showing up. Is there something I have to do to trigger it or is perhaps just slow? Just wondering.
Mackenzi you're definitely 1000% right that there are definitely users who don't know most if not all of what you mentioned so you're not wrong but I think that if someone made it far enough to make the comment, especially if they've left multiple on multiple posts, they kinda have an idea of whats going on, ya know?? Lol. No ones ruining my fun whatsoever believe me but the site is already hanging on by a thread by a small team and it's just sad to see such negativity whenever they try anything and especially when it's been addressed multiple times. Feedback is so important to make anything in this world run smooth, I know that, but there's feedback and theres nitpicking.
@Banana Because not everyone has been here for that long, because they might check 2 of 3 of the relevant places and not find the answer, because they might miss the answer on a thread of comments with 170+ comments, or perhaps they can't load that page at all. They might think staff news comments show up on the staff forum page post, and they don't. They might also not know at all that this information has been provided and figure the best course of action is to just ask. There are a looooot of reasons why people might miss this information when it's not in the main news comment. They're not trying to ruin your fun time, they're just looking for info.

I know it's hard to see negative/confused comments, but in people's defense, this site has decided to put relevant information in random news comments and not the actual news post itself for basically all of its 20 years. Even when people expect this information to be given in random comments (and only when people specifically ask for it) it can still be easy to miss when it's across several different news posts.

It's insane how many times Amber has said she has plans on making the harder to get cookies a little more accessible in the future and it seems like people just purposely don't read or read it and would still rather continue to leave multiple comments complaining every 3 hours when this is supposed to be a positive event
I don't mind hard work for achievements but even by the end of the year it seems pretty hopeless knowing how my RNG experience has been with the rift and the tempest in the past. I don't like feeling hopeless and it's hard to find enjoyment in this 20th anniversary celebration when you know for the start you don't really have a chance. I don't need it to be easy, I need it to feel achievable and it doesn't.
I don't mind working & searching for achievements but ones that are totally random & so rare I probably won't even get it for weeks, months or longer I wish could have a slightly better chance. I still need the rift, tempest & bloodred cookies. Wish the cookies would get back into the crystal shop some day.
So in my honest opinion: I play less often doing daily tasks than probably a lot of people - but I have only seen the Tempest maybe 4 times from random event this year. I see the Ice King way more frequently.

Tempest, however, I don't even see on Mondays any more, so this will definitely be a challenge - a random event, that only comes round about every 2 weeks, giving out a random prize from a huge pool (don't even see the books, only the same 4 cheapest items :-( )

I forgot about doing Pete's quests and bought all the basic ones, haha. Oh well, made it back quickly and now I got for my wardrobe. The special gonna take longer, I don't mind actually if don't get, just wanted to have one copy of the book, and I'm fairly casual with the achievements. I'll see how it goes.

Amber, it's not a case of wanting things easy, but a case of FOMO. I'm not worried about Pete or the Rift, but Tempest is a random event.
I have the bad habit of trying to buy whatever I need for an achievement 🤦♀️ Sadly I wish I could on same of my hard video games I play 🤔

Having something else to work towards at the Rift is fun, actually. I've been tossing bunny plushies in there every day, now I have an excuse to do something new!

You all want something changed a day or so after they are released and that's not going to happen. I'm all for suggestions but wanting something changed that has a deadline months away and was only just released makes me lean towards "you all just want something easy" rather than "oh this is a legit problem that should be looked into". I've hinted in multiple comments that there will be things happening with those harder to get cookies but you need to give it time. :)
I have almost all of the cookies except a couple random ones & one not in the crystal shop, but my gourmand pet takes so long to get hungry it will take at last a week or more just to feed the cookies I already have now.
It would be wonderful if someone would give the Special Cookies to a NPC Quest giver for us to try and get 🤔 It would make it a little easier ❤️
yeah, there's no way i'm getting all of these lmao. i haven't even gotten the scratchcard cookie yet let alone tempest or the rift.
Amber has always been more than fair to us. I don’t believe for a second that her intention is to make things impossible for us, only to give us a goal to work towards. Not everything has to be instant gratification and it’s good for the site’s longevity to give people a reason to come back each day. If we’re still struggling for those final two cookies at the end of the year, I have no doubt she’ll make it up to us. In the meantime, I think we should trust her and wait and see.
I get that not all of them could be too easy, but then with limited options with the Rift only being once per day with a HUGE pool of items, and the Tempest being even less often and still with a rather large item pool, you can't really blame us for being frustrated at the RNG of it. It doesn't really feel like working for them if we have to rely mostly on luck for the Rift and almost completely on luck for the Tempest (since the Lightning Rods will be very expensive for a while); by the time we finally get the items we're more relieved that it's over (unless we want doubles) than proud of ourselves for trying hard. It certainly doesn't help that the achievements are for feeding to our pets rather than putting them in the wardrobe, meaning we can't get them through borrowing and lending.
Maybe if there was an item to increase the likelihood of Tempest appearing, or to increase your chances of getting a Rift-related item, that would be helpful. You have luck-altering items for Morostide, so why not for other site features?

Can Tempest be around more often please? Storm cookies seem harder to obtain than the rest; and Rift too, while we're at it.

Like any "feed your pet" achievement, the items need to be fed to one pet. You don't have to use the same pet for both achievements, though! Like you could feed all the basics to pet A and all the special ones to pet B, you'd get all three achievements still. :)

It looks like I wouldn't need to achieve each of the first two achievements on the same pet for the third achievement. I really hope you can confirm that is the case.

All the cookies will be available until the end of the year. :) It's only been a few days, give it some time going to rift! There are months for me to play with bringing out more of those tempest rods! ;)
Please increase the Tempest events. That one will be impossible to get otherwise! Not to mention getting 2 copies of it.

Oh dear, I'll never get the Rift or Storm ones. I might have to resort to spending millions on them if I don't have them by Lumineve. Same with Hydrus. Will the cookies come back next year?
