I'm pretty sure the cloak is meant to be worn like this, with the billowing part behind the HA and the concealing part in front, doing the classic vampire thing.

are supposed to go together but they don't really work together? Because you end up with a double sleeve. There ought to be a sleeveless version of the shirt to be used with the sleeves. I guess just using the vest with the sleeves works alright.
