Wardrobe working for me as well. Forgot to say talking about wardrobe in last post, think implied, but about how said lagging where doesn't always load, obviously was case for other areas of site, as mentioned.
Perhaps getting back to proper way, slowly, but surely!?!

Inviting to dance takes forever & usually doesn't seem to work so I'm stuck with mystery dances which take longer and don't give trinkets. I hope the invite dances are working tomorrow. Haven't had a single duel all day.
@Katana - mystery dances give random things. Some times trinkets, sometimes items/sP/CSC/QPs it won't always be trinkets.
Clearly the body glitter items are supposed to be pride colors but I can't tell what some of them are (also, just a nitpick but shouldn't "bodyglitter" be two words?)
Forums not loading, wardrobe not working, CWs not working, in fact the new site seems completely unable to work, and my partner can't even log into Subeta at ALL. Just get the spinny circle. I'm posting here because I have no ability to post on the forums as just spinny circle.
That said, the new items in the Menagerie and Lounge look amazing! I hope I get to use wardrobe to get a mask soon.

I'm sorry if me saying "well" at beginning of post seemed like since said on initial post, like sarcasm, that was not case, but just thought maybe sounded rude.
There seems to essentially be two scenarios, one where page keeps loading (sometimes says not logged in at first) and that has some of the time worked if wait long enough. Then there is where page loads, but says have to be logged in (my case). In each case everyone signed in on both versions of site.
By the way, I only kept my outfit on longer for Pride month, so I was waiting till day said about Masquerade to change. I suppose could've put hidden item with word mask, didn't think about, but also didn't think could be issue, so lesson learned there, if close to time, add mask (may not happen again, but in case), but obviously if various reasons didn't add mask, should still be able to after event starts.

The wardrobe is still a blank page telling us to login but no way to reload the page or even login.
I know having your infra be surge ready may not be viable for a small site but now it's a little frustrating to still hardly be able to use the wardrobe.

I managed to put on a mask, but the dance lag is pretty bad. I've been trying on an off all day, and only 3 dance requests have gone through for me.

Great it finally started, but the lag... I am logged in on https://new.subeta.net/ but neither site take ages to load, the forums won't load at all anymore. Is there something that can be done about the lag?
been trying to load the wardrobe for over 10 minutes, same page open, no refreshing. not working for me :(
Wardrobe is working, you just need to give it 5+ minutes. Don't refresh, just wait. Then look up the mask you need, give it another few minutes, and slap it on. Save and you're good!
I wish there was an option to turn in all the trinkets at once instead of going back & forth between the 2 shops to submit them.
Wardrobe working for me but very slowly. I had a couple masq outfits ready to go so just put one on yesterday thinking it was going to start. Dance invitations not working so just using mystery dances for now.
Nothing working ~ inviting to dance just lags and keeps cycling. Accepting a dance gives zero trinkets. Looks like deleting all the Masquerade items was the least of the site problems. What fun...LOL
Eek, wardrobe says we need to login...even though we are, and then it just never loads. Friend also can't comment so this is a comment on their behalf as I managed to get on last week and put a mask on just in case.
Well, I was about to put my saved outfit on and wardrobe page keeps saying I have to be logged in, but I am logged in. I even deleted cookies and reset everything, logged in again, everything else working, but wardrobe still saying not logged in.
Oops, just noticed I'm not wearing a mask yet... But the first mystery dance did not object, I think?

mystery dance has given me 2 lounge trinkets and 5 menagerie trinkets over 5 mystery dances. i keep getting retired items worth 2-7k. is it random, or are retired items being prioritized? i have a lot of catching up to do for this event and it's a bummer I haven't been able to get many trinkets. :(
@osterizer The wardrobe has been working for me but I don't really have most of the wearables, only interested in the books. :D
