Still no sign of Morostide ~ Monday and Tuesday came and went and now Wednesday seems to be a bust. Beginning to wonder what is happening????
As I recall there were rag dolls 2024 but no achievement for having them. Maybe this year?
@Kat77 Yes! I feel like the trend is to find a better balance, which I appreciate. But I do sometimes forget when the "new" starts are. I can't tell you how many times I hunt it down in the news archives. haha!

Wanted to remind you all of a few special items that you may want to add on to your avatar today to be better prepared for when Morostide starts. Sometimes, the Wardrobe lags a bit when an Event starts up, so it can be a good idea to be ready. In order for these items to work, you need to put them in your Wardrobe & then wear them on your Avatar. You can hide / layer the items under everything else on your Avatar too; the items do not need to be visible to work!
Bag of Minion Nip (Info / Account Search)
For a better chance at finding minions in the Pumpkin Patch.
Hypno-Monocle (Info / Account Search) -OR- 
Protective Sage (Info / Account Search)
The Hypno-Monocle (Token Shop for 4,000 Wizard Tokens) does the same thing as the Protective Sage (Millionaire Center seasonal discount for 7,500,000 sP).
These items both decrease the chance of being Hexed while Trick or Treating. You only need to wear one because the benefit does not stack.
Collection of Obscene Gesture Photos (Info / Account Search)
This item increases the chance of being Hexed (for Achievement purposes).
It also be a good idea to add your Trick or Treat link to your Status too. This lets other people easily ToT you, once Morostide starts.

omg I'M SORRY EVERYONE. this week means this coming Monday and on. I don't usually work Saturdays so in my brain, it was already Sunday adding these.
You can always find the duration of a previous holiday by going through old news posts. Last year, it was Oct 21-Nov 4. That length (or a bit longer!!) is what we're going for. :)

@PiinkSparkles Looks like last year it started on Monday Oct 21, and lasted exactly 2 weeks (till Monday Nov 4). Unless it got extended in case of problems, but I don't remember that exactly.
After all these years, I'm still finding items that I was so sure I had in my wardrobe, but apparently not. I have my eye(s) on you, crows!
Aah the event start day suspension! I would also interpret "this week" as being today or tomorrow, since a week runs from Mon - Sun?

I hate how you tease us :P 'This week' can mean Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday . . . or even next Sat or Sunday according to 'Subeta Time.'
@springblom - yes! This is why I was wondering; I knew it had lasted longer last year, than the "normal" end time of Oct 31st. Since all the holidays have been changing, I was just wondering "roughly" how long they lasted now... a week? two weeks? two and a half? They seem to start later and later each year it seems now, but sometimes end later too.

Actually, @Kat77, scratch that. I just noticed the "last year" comment and remembered it was a bit different. This led to a squirrel-chasing fest down the news archives. 😂😂 So it started later and went into November.
