Freyalise Trading Co.: Set Aside
We're testing a new feature in shops where the shopkeeper will Set Aside rare and sought after items for you, that'll appear at the top of particular shops.
While we're testing this, every six hours you'll have a new choice between three items in the Freyalise, and just five minutes to choose! These might change for other shops in the future.
These items are shown to only you, and other shopkeepers will even give you a reminder if you've got items set aside for you somewhere else.

My first held 1 really good item, the 2nd was definitely not rare ans sought after, all 3 only junk, cheaper in user shops. The 3rd then held 1 more acceptable item. So it made me wonder about the purpose...

Thank you for this! I never seem to hit the restock times of the new items, or if I do it's sold out as I click. Now I at least get a chance.
I agree, it would be nice to do the same as the hustler and say no thanks instead of having to look at it for a few more hours. I haven't really seen anything I want. Just bought something the last time to get rid of it and got something I could sell for a few SPs.
Have to be honest, this is one I'm not a fan of. It takes up so much of the screen and so far across 3 (i think) instances hasn't offered me anything I wanted. Would be great to have a 'no thanks' button so I don't have to buy something I don't want to make it go away.
I got 1 point for the comment card achievement for surveys around the site but max is 50 and I'm wondering where we find more?

@PiinkSparkles It would be incredibly easy to game something like that - I'm doing my best to make them attractive options, and will keep working on that based on what signals I can that aren't easily "Put the top 5 most valuable items in a wishlist"

This is nice but wish the 5 minute time limit was longer since sometimes it pops up when I'm not right here. Anyway, thanks. Hope to get some books I need.
Do you have 5 minutes upon seeing the event to pick one, or is this every six hours there is a chance for 5 minutes to get one?
I love this new feature and how the shop is getting restocked now. Really will be helpful as well to those that aren't quick at restocking :)
