Today's downtime was caused by corruption in the MySQL Database. Only the user database was affected, and accounts of users accessing the site at the time of the corrupted database were lost. A backup from approximately two weeks ago was re-applied to the user database.





The following settings from the last two weeks were reverted (only if your account was deleted!)








  • Password



  • Username Changes



  • Profile Layout



  • sP (onhand & vault)



  • Basic Settings



  • Account Type (ie: gold account)









Anything else (items, pets, etc) are safe and still as they were before the site went down.





If you activated a gold account in the last two weeks, please smail one of the User Admins (Go to the Staff page to find a user admin) and it will be re-activated.





Unfortunately any account that was deleted, and is newer than two weeks old was unable to be re-created. You are more than welcome to recreate your account. After doing so, mail a Admin (go to the Staff page) the name of your pets of your previous account (you may be asked to verify other key details) and they can be tranfered, along with your items.





Again, we are as upset as you are that this had to happen on Christmas, but we hope to reveal an exciting new feature sometime before the end of the month to make up for it!

My account was one that was deleted. I lost around 18 million in onhand sP BUT because that sP in my vault was reset as well, I gained about the same amount there. So I pretty much broke even. Amazing, I thought I was going to lose everything. Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard to make things right.
