Wow, it's nuts how close the two are. Crazy. Either one people should be happy with, since they're both worlds better than the original. In my opinion, #2 definitely holds truer to the original, but #1 is more fun <img src=http://www.subetax.org/images/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif border=0>

Have to say I prefer the first too. A level of 'curliness' between 1 and 2 would be perfect, though.
Just please consider fixing that middle toe on the left foreleg so it doesn't look like it's rocked back on it's heel (whichever one we go with, that's a problem for me).

Kudos to the diligent artist! This new revamp looks great! The position of the head looks much more natural and the ears actually look feline this time. Plus it's great to see that all that excess fluff has been removed. I just cannot love that nose on either revamp, nor the line of the head right above the ear. It no longer looks sleek and sharp, it kind of looks like George Burns to be honest. But I adore the chest fluff and the tail poof, plus the larger/shaded foot spur.

The head looks right, its shading isn't as busy, it's not as <i>fluffy</i>, it doesn't have Mickey Mouse sized ears, it has more muscle tone and while the face may not be that much different, it has just a bit more expression than before...

I love revamp 1's pose, but i like revamp 2 better anatomicly. I really really dislike R1's ears. Way too thin and big. And a little too much ruff on the cheast. He looks like hes wearing one of those 80s tuxes. XD One thing Id like to see taken off both the revamps is the weird thing at the end of the tail. I thought the Tirean was based off the Tiger, and cat tails are usually smooth at the end (with the exception of the male african lion). The fluff thing just looks.....wrong.

You know those action figures or other figurines that can stand up, but their feet are in extremely awkward positions that make you wonder, gee, doesn't it hurt to stand like that? That's what the Tigrean revamps make me think of, as their paws just seem off to me. XD They look amazing in comparison to the original, but yeah, just a thought.

I love how the far shoulder looks less "pointy" in the 2nd one. And the tail in front of the foreleg. Yes. <p>
I do miss the fluffy way the fur looked in the ears of the 1st one. And I still think that the white on the belly goes a *bit* too far up, particularly behind the foreleg.. it makes it seem like the torso is rotated out of line with the hips. <p>

I prefer the Revamp 1 as well, I like the tuffs of hair in the ears and the fur on the head better as well. I can go either way with the chest tuffs but I love how the head is facing in the first one with that sinister look to him.

Ugh, the first revamp I prefer BIG time. I liked the curly chest/fluff, now there isn't enough! I loved the ear tufts. This revamp, I do not like the head at all. OK, I am NEVER negative, this is my first complaint on subeta and I feel bad but have to be honest. I also feel that if the shading was kept the same (ie the darker tones), alot more people would prefer version 2 over 1.

Chalk me up as someone that likes the head posing better; sometimes they look awkward with a craned head. My only complaints are that it needs a little more of a neck, it sits too far near the shoulders, and the lineart on the face needs to be touched up (looks blurry to me too). Otherwise, I like the new revamp version a lot.

I like both of the revamps, though I must say that the front legs on both are too close togeather. I love the entire head on the first revamp aside for its' left ear which seems a little thin, but that might just be me. But I like the body better on revamp 2. I like the shading better on it, its not as dark, also I like that you do away with that random fluff. The first its sort of like, fluff and then cut. However, I will vote for the first one because the head makes up for most of these errors. Good work artists and sorry for being harsh.

I didn't like the fluff on revamp 1, and I think it looks a lot better without the fur tufts for some reason and the pose isn't so....magestic(sp?) but the head has less face and the tail lost some of its sheen. I still voted for number 2 though. They are both a LOT better then the old one though. The old one was so plain. I think this revamp will get a lot more people to consider a Tigrean since the old one was so...plain.....

I still don't like the shading much for this revamp. The highlights I see seem to draw my attention way too easily. Also, the front legs seem off, though I can't pinpoint where. The deciding factors for me was the face and the line of action. Revamp 1's line of action is much more graceful and the face is much more charming, more cunning. Because of the altered head position on revamp 2, we loose that graceful swerving action and the face is somewhat bland in the second one for some reason.

this is hard! there are things i like about both... i think my only constructive criticism would be look of the penciled brows. on the first revamp, it looked furrowed, this one is a little caveman-like with the way it sort of droops. the head pose is a lot better, i must say. the first revamp looked a little vogue to me, haha. glad to see the curly fur was removed. the second revamp looks fierce! kudos to the artist!

Ok, so my opinion on these. I definitely love the re-draws much more than the original.
In redraw 1 I love the furry chest and the extra fur in the inner ears. He definitely looks sleeker and has more of a kind of superior pose to him that I don't like. I love the sleekness though. The main thing I didn't like was the head position.
In redraw 2 I love absolutely love the head position now. However you took away the furriness I liked from redraw 1. LOL. I like that the chest fur has been tamed so to speak and the shading is a vast improvement on this newest version. I think the face/head issue is (at least for me) that the neck on this newest version seems a bit thicker and it looks as if the head is sitting a bit farther back on its shoulders than before. That may be the "apprehensive" feel that I get a whiff of. It doesn't have quite the same "I'm just waiting for you to turn your back" feel about it now as it did before. Overall though, I like this newest version and could most assuredly live with it. I'm really happy to see the extended polls are back and that the artist seems to really be listening to what people have had to say about each version. Also, thanks for the F5 advice as my cache needed some refreshing to see both images.

Hmm. I like the toned-down chest and the larger head of 2 better than 1. However, 2 also looks sort of apprehensive to me. Maybe it's the way the weight is shifted back? I think that the attitude of 1 is more fearless and the head position of 1 is more graceful than that of 2.

I like Revamp one because it has a leaner, more feline look to it. The muzzle is too short and broad in the second revamp to look like a smaller breed of cat.

I like the head position on Revamp 2, and how there isn't so much fur right under the chin. But the ears are too thick, and something is up with the face. It just, looks funny.

Hmn, a really tough choice indeed... x: I picked number 2. It keeps a lot of characteristics of the old Tigrean, including that slight smirk. And I love those eyes.

Okay, so...
On revamp 1, I didn't like the crazy chest-tuft. Revamp got rid of the chest-tuft, but the hair on its head kinda bugs me now.
I liked the pose of Revamp 1 better, minus the chest-tuft, and with the change to the tail from revamp 2.

The lines between 1 and 2 are the same. But 2 looks less shaggy because the chest fur is less. So 2 is better.

I voted for revamp 1, but I was torn. I like the lack of curly chest-fluff on the second one, as well as the duller red color and the position of the tail, but the face on the first revamp was nicer - I preferred the smaller nose and more dainty-looking muzzle. ^^

Guys, Revamps 1 and 2 both have the same body. Only the heads have been changed. Revamp 2 is zoomed in a little closer as well.
