We sent out an August Newsletter today, to all the users on the site via e-mail, with a link to redeemable items in it. We may be doing this in the following months, so make sure that your email information is up to date.
If you did not get this email, I will be sending it out again in 24 hours to those who didn't redeem it today, and hopefully you'll get it then. At that point, I'll also make another news post with a link that works for all users. :)
The reason I'm doing that is I'd like to get the kinks worked out with the e-mail system instead of just throwing up a link on the news post, so that we can bring back some older users as well :)

I didn't get an e-mail on my hotmail, yet I got an e-mail on my gmail which is odd... I don't think I have signed up on my Gmail onto Subeta... =o

Nope, nil, nada, zilch. I am on AOL if this helps. Not sure if the people not receiving the email are all using the same email providers.

I still haven't gotten anything... I'm on AOL, and I have no spam folder so everything gets sent to my main email. Nothing from Subeta, Keith, or anything else regarding Subeta. I know my emails current... but I've never gotten an email from Subeta on anything other then my password.

I'm hoping that this will get resolved soon. I very nearly missed out on the .org to .ws/.net move with the last round of emails, and I'd hate to have to always depend on other people to keep up to date with major site events like that.

I'm on Gmail and I haven;t received the email. I double checked my email in preferences, and it IS correct, and I have also received the old email about switching to .ws
