I bet the hoarder achievement has to do with having X amount of the SAME item in your vault. No idea about the BuyBuyBuy one.

zomg WANT. I'm guessing the hoarder one will be having 100+ of something in your valut, or certain amount of pages.
My guess is that you got to have 200 mill for the Hoarder and 10.000 restocks for the Buy-one? <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_raspberry.gif" border="0" />
I look at it this way if I stumble across the achievement then I stumble across it other wise the achievements arent a big thing for me
