The New Wardrobe has been moved over! Thank you everyone who helped testing the new wardrobe, it really helps a lot. You can find the new wardrobe here. Make sure to import all of your clothing and start making great new avatars ;).
Some of the exciting new features of the new wardrobe:
- Ability to search all of your clothes, or on one layer for an item.
- Save your outfits for later!
- Generate an avatar with items you don't have (using the "use clothes from" option) and use it when you've got the items!
- Edit your base features (eyes, mouth, nose) without deleting or removing your avatar.
For the time being, the Hair Salon has closed down for renovations. Nathaniel hopes to have his salon back up as soon as possible, he's grown pretty accustomed to the lifestyle his new popularity has afforded him ;).
Also, we have released 3 new eye styles, suspicious, narrowed and love.

Negative comment: I don't like this new wardrobe. I find it overly cluttered and needlessly complicates what was once a very simple system.
Final comment: Tough luck to me, I'll just have to live with it. I'm dreading what it will be like when I get home and see what it's like at 800x600 (I know, but I like that resolution). Hopefully it won't drive me away like that other pet site did with its site-wide revamp.

This thing is stupid. I import my clothes, it said that 149 clothes imported or something like that, then i go that clothes thing. and there was none of my clothes! and that avatar thing doesn't load.
I see theres no default hair yet..oh well, they will have it fixed soon..I like this way better

This is great! Kudos to the staff. Once all the glitches are worked out I'm sure more people will agree as well. I do hope that the hair salon will available to everyone soon.
not too impressed with any of the new eyes.. and not really liking the new wardrobe system (yet..) I really miss the salon though.. that was one of the best ideas you guys ever came up with!

Okay, still a bit confused with the whole expression thing but other than that I have a VERY strong opinion about it... I LOVE IT!! It's just perfect O_O I love how you can save outfits and your avatar bases for easier use later... the only thing is that I hope there are more than 3 slots to save on in the future so you can save more of your favorites <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_happy.gif" border="0" />

I should add that I've been using the new system since it came out and I'm very excited that we now have the "items per page" feature we were promised... and that the Funky Corsets have finally been updated!
Question: I see I still have 5 outfit save slots, but someone who doesn't have a GA going said she only has 3. Is the 5 vs 3 a GA perk? If so, what happens to the extra saved outfits when the GA expires?
I tried it using Safari, and I think everything worked okay. All the new features are very cool. Although there will be a learning curve I think I'll grow to love the new system.

Phew! I've managed to use the wardrobe for the first time, without experiencing any glitches or so. Thanks for the new system, Keith & team! I'm sure when all people have gotten accustomed to the new system, it will prove much easier to use than the old one.

Are our avatars going to have situations where they change their expressions on the site? It's rather complex and not easy to use at all. I would have preferred if you did a slow merge to this system while leaving the old one active for a few days.
