I actually started out on neopets about 8 years ago, and I found this site quite a while later. I am drawn to this site because it has a variety of wonderful pets, and the art is beautiful. The players are always friendly here, and it is a wonderful community (I think). I do still play on neo, and think that a lot of the pets there are cute, but since they changed them, they are like, too child-cute, like you would see in a kids cartoon, lol, I am a bit more addicted to this site though, I love my pets here, and I love the friends I have made here! The bee is sweet, I would hope yo have one someday. I think the artist(s) do wonderful work! Thank you for the variety of sweet/cute, scary and just plain awesome pets!

Though I do see why others are freaking out over the level of cuteness this little guy has, I do think it's a bit dramatic to go on to say that Subeta is turning into neopets.
I think that it's good to have both cute pets, and "scary" pets.
There are many different types of people on here, so I think it's good to have variety, keeps more people of different personalities interested.
I myself looove this little chubby fluffy bee.
But I can see why people are kinda flipping.
But things such as "ew" and so on are kinda uncalled for.
Perhaps just offer some criticism to help the artist better his or herself at what they do, and move on?

Cute as to how it looks like Volbeat/Illumis, although not something I'd own as I don't really like bees. Kudos to wohever drew them! ^^

& No just no, I was there for 3 years. They have generic copy/paste pets with lame wearables. While this pet (even though it's too cute for me) is well drawn and shows effort. And there's nothing wrong with a cutesy pet, srsly we got our fill of NM and BR pets in October.

I realize it's supposed to be cute but, ummmm.... but it kinda scares me. And it's similarity to Volbeat and Illumis are bringing up some unhappy memories lol I hated those things in the game. They never seemed to go away. It's just whenever people try to make bugs cute it usually just ends up scaring me

NOT when you drag someone's hard work down, stomp and spit on it, make dirt on it, then run it over with a truck. Then kick it around.
Example: "It's legs are placed funny." (Obviously they are not.)
NOTExamples or supersuckythings to say: "Eeeew." "It's too cute for us mature people."
Saying ew does not help. It doesn't explain anything at all and is just mean.
And many of us are immature people that like adorable things.
Cuteness isn't a fault.

I'll admit, it doesn't look much like a Subeta Pet, but it doesn't look like a NeoPet either. For starters, the pets here were already 10 times cuter than the pets at NeoPets, so why do people think that just because they came out with "cutesy" pet means it's turning into Neopets? The pets at Neopets are more lame than cute.
