Let the Masquerade Begin!
On your masks, get set, go! It's that hip-shaking time of year again, I hope you're decked out in your finest dancing digs. The Dancing Forums are open and waiting for your toes! Every time you dance with a partner, you both earn a handful of valuable trinkets!
Remember, you need to be wearing a Masquerade mask to get into the party! Lucky for you, Olivette has quite the selection for you to pick from. Just look at these new beauties, you're going to look simply ravishing!
As if your feet aren't sore enough, you may want to browse the newest selection of items from The Steamworks Menagerie to load up on some souvenirs! Some of the most antique of items have been removed from the shop, but thankfully there is plenty of gorgeous new stock to keep you on those toes! I heard something about there being more items on their way, even.
Make sure to stay hydrated! The Libertine Lounge has all the snacks and sips you'll need to keep your feet moving.
Note: Steamworks Menagerie, Libertine Lounge, and Migrating Masks will remain open for two weeks after the Masquerade comes to an end, and then close for the season. At closing, the 2011 items from the Steamworks Menagerie will be retired. The Libertine Lounge has agreed to bring back their entire stock for next year.

FCoDI saw all the previews in the forums... I have tried both the newest FF and newest Opera and cannot get in to the Menagerie. I need to purchase pretty much all of the new stuff. I will bribe with candy if I have to. :)
I would love to participate but the lag on wardrobe is making it impossible for me to even get a mask on....

Would love to see all the new items but I keep getting Subeta Is Down. Also sad that the shops will be closing as I like to anonymously send people those items off their WLs throughout the year.
I'm pretty bummed that the shop will be closing after Masquerade. I like being able to buy stuff throughout the year.

Why are those shops going to close when none of the other holiday shops close during the year? It's not a huge deal, I've just got years and years of tokens saved up and a ton of items to buy, so it's a bit of a pain. I've just been going in and buying things as I needed them up until now...

I don't get why the shops should closes if they never did in the past years and since the other events shops stay open all year long! This sadden me greatly!

Yay! Glad to see some retirement! I still needed a few items, but I had more of enough time and never got around to get them :P I love this holiday!
Quentin only asks for stuff under a certain price (my first question when we were talking about this!), so if items stay higher in price after it closes, it shouldn't ask for them anymore.
Once it closes for the season, can Quentin stop asking for stuff from there ? They ask for something from one of the shops almost every quest.
