Costume Trunks are Back!
Have you ever wanted just one specific item from a Costume Trunk rather than the whole thing? Well now’s your chance! Like the Boutique sets are set up, you can now buy an entire costume trunk OR buy individual pieces from a trunk! When you purchase the entire set, you will be awarded the trunk, which you can open and choose between the female items or male.
We have a special running until March 20th at 11:59pm where if you have a gold account you get one trunk free! Any time from now until March 20th, if you have a gold account activated you will be able to redeem one free trunk. You can not, however, add it to the cart feature to claim this free trunk, you’ll have to grab it directly from the page!

I'm sorry if this question was already asked, but I got my trunk and actually wanted the male items instead of the female items. Am I able to open the trunk and choose which set I would like, or does it automatically give me the female items, since I am a female on here (and irl - but that's not relevant to the inquiry).
@Jasper I never pinged you haha. I just stated my opinion. No attack on you. And like I said I see EVERYTHING on Subeta as a luxury, so even though I will probably never be able to afford CW's (I don't even own a single one as-is) even though they're gorgeous and I would love to, I DON'T CARE. :D I'm happy that I can be a member of Subeta for $0, take part in all of the events and activities on the site, and the only real advantage people who can afford to pay CSC have is appearance. That is A-OK with me. I am happy to buy the more-affordable items that are still lovely as designed by the site staff~ And if anything I appreciate being challenged to find affordable combinations of wearables that look nice... It's like what I do when I shop the clearance/thrift rack IRL~ If I was going to try to fight poverty I'd focus my energy somewhere other than a virtual website that I see as a privilege and a blessing. You're entitled to your own opinion but I'm entitled to my own as well :)

I didn't say anything about grinding, etc. Believe me, I know what it's like to be unable to spend real cash on a website - I haven't spent a dime myself. I nearly lost my house a year ago, as well as many other things, before my life stabilized a bit. I usually don't have a GA. I used my loyalty totem a few days ago so I could finally autoprice and sell some things, do 50% more quests, and make some money.
My post was about how they do give even people like us opportunities to have GA perks via occasional free CSC, 1 week medals, and the loyalty totem, and each of these things is often available even if you can't spend all day on-site.

Argh, well as usual, the site loses it's collective mind because I didn't get on my knees and thank the gods for a feature I couldn't even benefit from until User not found: bathroy was generous enough to give me a 1 week GA. (Again, not the point of my criticisms but thank you all the same.)
People, when are you going to learn that criticism isn't harmful? I'm not ungrateful for voicing what should be a concern for the staff. Focusing on the elite/whales is profitable in the short term but if you want long term loyalty and a steady cash flow, then you need to be more open minded than that. It's just not good business sense to segregate your audience. If anything, the video game industry and the sorry state that it's in, should be proof of this.
Anyway, I'm going to reply to the individuals that bothered to ping me now. I'll put them under spoiler tags so you don't need to scroll through it all.

@Jasper To be fair, people with a GA either use their totem, spend real money, or spend a crap-ton of sP to get said GA. They usually work for it. A few extra quests, shortened timer on training and random, and an autopricer are pretty fair as a trade-off, but an extra incentive is nice now and again too.

Thank you for doing this! It's great for those of us with very specific tastes (I was able to buy my Fisher Hat for my gallery). Horray! Now I can add more CSC items and use CSC for exactly the things I want!
I chose the Gothic one because it had the highest percentage of items I wanted, but I still have a wishlist with 89 items that I want out of trunks!

I'm even more happy about being able to buy individuals than I am about the free trunk. Which was great surprise to log into by itself. Finally I got all MCT items I still needed off my WL.

This makes me so happy and I am glad that I made a male and female custom collection list on subetalodge some time ago.

This is reminding me how some trunk items really need a revamp though.
But yeah, it's not impossible to save up for a GA without charging real money although it can be tedious. I did my quests every day for some periods, and I think I made 1bill in less than a year (granted, I also had a GA in the first place, so autopricing and stuff. But yeah).

@Monokuma, if you want both the female and the male sets, yes, you have to buy the same trunk twice.
What I mean by a place to see what the trunks look like... is see what they look like all together, because I'm lazy & also would just like a place to preview the whole set.
