Charles Foster Ofdensen (or simply CFO) is Dethklok's manager, legal counsel, and chief financial officer, the latter also incidentally being his initials.
In accordance with his role, Ofdensen is seen as a very professional, very serious business man who has little (if any) time for fun and games. He wears corporate casual suits and slicked back hair whenever he's seen and glasses to emphasize the "No Funny Stuff" personality he expresses.
