Occupation: The Third in Command for the Covalent Gang.
Location: The Third in Command of the Covalent so to say, Lei's either always spending time at Headquarters or spending his time out with Lei to help with the task of removing those that Valima has tasked the other to remove. He doesn't enjoy being the Shadow of the other but does it despite that.
Appearance
Common Attire: Roscae wears a very traditional Outfit that seems to be slightly Oriental in tastes, he will often be seen wearing an elegant embroidered 'shaw' of sorts and carries with him a fan, a feathered shoulder piece with a small jacket underneath it. He wears simple red leggings with Platforms that give him a couple extra inches to his height. And he always, always wears his eye patch.
Piercings: A nose ring, barreled tongue piercing and then several earrings.
Tattoos: Rosca has the front of his chest and body tattooed with Henna like markings.
Other: Rosca has a demonic eye hidden under the Eye Patches he wears, other notes would be that his 'hair' is actually not hair but completely made of snakes. He often has a black cloud of mist around his body. Valima has even mentioned that he's got quite the disturbing... 'insides' should they decide to poke their way out.
Favorites:
Person: No one, though he does have his perks for certain things.
Hobbies: Rosca spends his time trying to do what others cannot, trying to perfect skills as a weapon technician for the Gang... though he's failing in that aspect.

Food: Rosca tends to have a taste for things from the Atebus shop. He enjoys the... space food as he calls it. Though if he cannot get any he often settles for Oriental Cuisine.
Personality: Destructive and Cruel, Rosca has been known to get the job done no matter what. However he's hiding his true personality deep within, much like Valima in many ways... Rosca is an opportunist and often times will wait for the opportune moment to strike. He hates being in the shadow of Lei and Valima and it seemingly plotting his ways to take the two out so that he can reign down a destruction across the city... Although he doesn't seem to be having much success with doing so yet.
